Standards of Excellence
The Standards of Excellence (SOE) are part of ABOA’s performance assessment program which support the Performance and Assessment Strategy. The SOE articulates the foundational personality, character traits, and basic expectations for officials – on and off the court. The SOE are designed to incorporate a personal self-evaluation to provide a way to evaluate your strengths and determine areas of improvement which should inform an officials future goal setting with clarity and direction.
